Before You Sign Up, Please Note:

Our training is different from many others. During key parts of the training you work with other participants in small groups facilitated by a faculty member. Everyone gets the greatest benefit from this training when you are there the whole time and participate fully. The learning for all is diminished when any person is not present for the entire training.

When you sign up you are making a commitment to arrive on time and stay through the end of the training both days. 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

The Fine Print: We price this training as low as we possibly can for all that you receive. The materials, especially, are substantial and a major expense. In planning, we rely on the number of advance paid registrations received and cannot accommodate last minute cancellations. That’s the reason for the following policy.

Refunds/Substitutions/Credit: Refund minus a $30 handling fee will be made when we receive written notice of cancellation by the registration deadline date if you used the early registration discount or two weeks before a workshop’s first day for all others. No other refunds can be made. Substitutions can be made at any time--please let us know. Credit will be issued when we receive a written cancellation with credit request two weeks before the workshop's first day. Credit can be applied to any Benchmark training within one year.
